San Andrés Island, part of the San Andrés Archipelago, is one of three Caribbean islands owned by Colombia. San Andrés is the largest and most developed.  


December to April, the dry season, when daytime temperatures range from 83 to 86 °F.  May to November is the rainy season, which most vacationers avoid. 


Relax on the beach or try out various water sports, such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet-skiing, and paddleboarding, which are readily available on the island.
